Virtual and Online Sessions Available
All therapy sessions can be completed via HIPAA compliant telehealth, phone, or in-person. Please note that neurofeedback is limited to in-person and/or a remote neurofeedback device.
Insurance Information
While we do not take insurance at this time, we do take HSA and FSA. We can also create a superbill to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement, and we are happy to work with them to accomplish this. We care about our clients and want to do what we can to ensure that they have access to our neurofeedback and biofeedback as well as counseling services.
Cancellation Policy
We understand things come up! You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours in advance at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee. Need to make a change? Call or text us anytime at 720.235.8399, we make it easy!
